Our goal is to alleviate stress and allow you, your family, and your friends to enjoy every special moment of your big day. We offer four primary services tailored to your needs: Set-Up of Decor, Clean-Up of Decor, Day-of Planning, and Day-of Planning Deluxe.

**Price: $450 (for events under 200 guests) | $550 (for events 201+ guests)**

Our team will set up your wedding decor to bring your vision to life. We work with the decorations and instructions you provided to ensure everything is in place before your guests arrive.

– Head Table Decorations*
– Guest Table Centerpieces*
– Gift Table Setup
– Guest Book Table Arrangement
– Memorial Table Setup
– Cake Table Design
– Signage Placement
– Small Favor Table Display

*Please note: If centerpieces and decorations are purchased unassembled, additional costs may be incurred for assembly.*

**Add-ons:**
– Chair Covers: $5 per cover (includes washing, drying, and steaming)
– Full Place Settings: $2 per guest

Let us handle the post-event clean-up so you and your loved ones can focus on enjoying the moment. Our team will pack up and load your decor efficiently, following your instructions.

**Included:**
– One meeting (in person or online) to discuss expectations
– Clean-up and packaging of reception decor
– Organization and loading of decor into vehicles, trailers, or designated storage area

**Important Notes:**
– Ceremony site items are not included but can be added for an extra fee.
– A trailer or U-Haul is recommended for efficient transport.

**Price: $950**

Ensure a seamless wedding day with our Day-of Planning package. Our experienced coordinators will manage the timeline, direct the wedding party, and keep the event running smoothly.

– Two meetings (in person or online)
– Email and phone correspondence leading up to the event
– Assistance in creating a stress-free timeline
– Attendance at the rehearsal to assist with lineups
– Coordination of day-of details

**Additional Meetings:** $50 per meeting

**Price: $2,000**

For couples seeking full peace of mind, our Day-of Planning Deluxe package includes all aspects of coordination, set-up, and clean-up so you and your family can fully immerse in the celebration.

**Included:**
– Two meetings (in person or online)
– Email and phone correspondence
– Stress-free timeline creation
– Attendance at the rehearsal and assistance with lineups
– Full coordination of wedding day details
– Complete set-up and clean-up of ceremony and reception decor

**Additional Meetings:** $50 per meeting

**Same location as reception: $100 | Different location (within 10 miles): $300**

**Included:**
– Ceremony signage placement
– Assembly of free-standing arch with minimal draping (no floral arrangement)
– Aisle decor setup (chair hangers, floral, etc.)
– Distribution of programs and favors
